Welcome, and thank you for taking the first step in the journey of becoming the best version of you. Counseling is most importantly about the relationship between the clinician and the client.

My goal is to offer you a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore any challenges you may be experiencing (or if you just want to vent!) and to provide support for you in achieving your goals.

Anxiety & Depression

Depression thrives in isolation and often results in feelings of hopelessness and disconnection. Anxiety often results in overthinking and worry about the future. My goal is to walk beside you in navigating the storm. I utilize an individual approach to match your needs, while challenging thought distortions and working towards remaining grounded in the present.

Life Transitions, Stress, & Perfectionism

Life is full of changes that can sometimes cause stress and the need for professional support to better navigate challenges. Perfectionism can lead to attempting to achieve impossible standards. My goal is to work with you to gently challenge beliefs that may no longer serve you, to work towards maintaining more realistic expectations.

Self-Esteem & Relationship Issues

Exploring patterns, communication, and deeper connection with yourself and others.

Neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, Bipolar Disorder

I recognize our society is not always affirming and inclusive. I offer a safe space to be yourself, explore your identity, or any other challenges you may be experiencing.
